The idea, simply
Use on with days and and to connect two schedule items. For something repeated each week, make the day plural: on Mondays. Use every with a period and no preposition: every week.
Examples
I study on Sunday and Wednesday.
I go to the gym on Mondays.
We have a meeting every week.
