Delete from the app
- Open the Profile tab.
- Tap Account and Google sync.
- Tap Delete my account and cloud data and confirm.
This deletes your account and everything our learning service holds for it: finished lessons, scores, XP, rewards, your league name and results, your invite code and invite records, and notification tokens. It cannot be undone. Data stored only on the phone is removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage.
If you no longer have the app
If you linked a Google account, write to us through the Contact page from that Google address with the subject “Delete my Mafate7 English account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email. A guest account that was never linked to Google is tied only to that app installation; once the app is uninstalled we have no way to tell which record was yours, and it holds no name or contact details.

- افتح تبويب ملفي.
- اضغط الحساب والمزامنة مع Google.
- اضغط حذف حسابي وبياناتي السحابية ثم أكّد.
يحذف ذلك حسابك وكل ما تحفظه خدمة التعلم له: الدروس المكتملة والدرجات والنقاط والمكافآت واسمك ونتائجك في الدوري وكود دعوتك وسجلات الدعوات ورموز الإشعارات. لا يمكن التراجع. البيانات المحفوظة على الهاتف فقط تُحذف بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق أو مسح بياناته.
إذا لم يعد التطبيق لديك
إذا كنت قد ربطت حساب Google فراسلنا عبر صفحة التواصل من عنوان Google نفسه بعنوان «حذف حسابي في مفاتيح الإنجليزي». نحذف الحساب خلال 30 يومًا ونؤكد ذلك بالبريد. أما حساب الضيف الذي لم يُربط بـ Google فهو مرتبط بنسخة التطبيق تلك فقط؛ وبعد إلغاء التثبيت لا نستطيع معرفة أي سجل كان لك، وهو لا يحمل اسمًا ولا بيانات اتصال.
